Q: As a member of CCHCA, which emergency room can I visit?

A: In the event of an emergent or life-threatening situation, you should visit the nearest emergency room. All emergency rooms are considered in-network.

Q: If I need urgent care service, where can I go?

A: CCHCA is contracted with Dignity GoHealth Urgent Care. They have clinics in different locations. Please visit their website at https://www.gohealthuc.com/locations for more details.

Q: My doctor told me to do some lab tests, where should I go?

A: CCHCA is contracted with LabCorp. They have offices in different locations. Please visit their website at https://www.labcorp.com/labs-and-appointments for more details.

Q: How can I change my primary care physician?

A: CCHCA Member Relations representatives can assist our members to change their primary care physician by calling to the health plan to request for the change. The contact number for Member Relations department is (415) 590-7418.

Q: I do not understand English very well and I have received some letters in English, how could you help me?

A: CCHCA Member Relations representatives can assist our members with limited English proficiency by translating letters for them.
